GBHXonline’s New Support Tickets Helpdesk
We don’t have many requests for support from our customers. We run a tight ship and stay on top of things so we avoid issues before they arise. However, despite our great track record, we are pleased to announce that we have a Support Tickets Helpdesk. This robust support tool — powered by osTicket.com — is being offered as a convenience to our web and blog hosting customers. It offers both you and us numerous advantages. Scheduled Server Maintainence

On Saturday, February 28th, 2009, beginning at 2:00 am est we will have a scheduled network maintenance window. The window is scheduled for 2½ hours, from 2:00 am est to approximately 4:30 am est. During this window you may see periods of network instability lasting up to 30 minutes, while capacity and performance upgrades are completed. All servers will remain operational and powered on during this maintenance.
