We accept checks, money orders, echecks, credit cards — Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express — and PayPal, our online processor. On this page we cover accepting orders, choosing a plan, and our right to refusal.
Accepting Orders
We currently accept online orders from United States (and its territories) and Canada only. If located outside of this service area, you will have to write or call. Our ordering/billing number is 603.942.8925 (not for technical support). A live person will be available between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Eastern time, Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 am to 4:00 pm on Fridays. You may leave a message after-hours, or on weekends or holidays. You may also fax your order. Send to 603.942.8932. Both are secured to accept credit card info.

Choosing a Plan
We offer several options based on your expected usage. Truthfully, though, our smallest plans will satisfy the majority of our customers. On the plans and pricing page you will see our plan details, the pricing, and you may order the one you feel best meets your needs online right from that page. We also offer some stand alone related services. If you need help selecting a plan after reading the descriptions, please feel free to contact us and we’ll try our best to help.

Right to Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse, decline, or even terminate hosting to domains that will disseminate or distribute anything illegal or immoral, prejudice, hate, pornography, etc. We will not support email broadcasters or spammers either. We also reserve the right to decline application upload requests if we determine use of such can be a security risk to you, your visitors, or us and our equipment.
